My name is Jaime Smith, I believe in getting to the point but I want to properly earn your business so give me a minute....   I started in Real Estate (RE) in 1996 with $0. and 0 assets.   Today I am proud to say I have worked very hard to change my status in life and have successfully done so by investing in RE and by earning relationships with wonderful people like you.  

If I can say it without you thinking I'm boasting, I have produced a multi-million dollar portfolio.   I shared this with you so you know what we do is real, and all it takes to get involved is investing in some of our unique RE.  

There are no education courses involved, no DVD's, no fees whatsoever, just unbeatable investment opportunities waiting for you.   Oh ya, I should tell you now, there are no credit denials with our seller financing and our average sale price is $59,900.   I work with EVERY client's budget.  

Getting to the point, we have proven our "growth area" strategy to bring higher 30 year average returns compared to all average city investments available.   We have tried it all and allow us to save you the headache and frustration of over-inflated high priced risky city investments.   I should say for savvy investors with ability to budget more risk, in rare booms in the city like we've recently had, you can jump in and out and make plenty of money if you have the time to spend, and that's ok to do.   But think long term, compare and choose wisely.   Why not be invested in 30 year proven unbeatable strategies.

Our average scenario is a 5 acre building lot just outside the high priced areas, for example, within 1 hour of SLC or Provo.   This puts you in an under priced investment waiting for the inflation ripples, and when they come, your potential gain is much higher then if you bought an already inflated city property and earned average inflation each year.   Take the average home price increase over the past 8 years, it was about 5.2%.   Our average price increase was about 30% and many of our properties have doubled, tripled or even grown 600% in as short as 1 years time, which is unheard of with average city investments.   Therefore our investments can be considered short or long term, IE 6 month to 30 year.   FYI We do have product in multiple states in major destination areas for diversification.

If you like "rental income" or "monthly cash-flow" allow me to blow away the competition with our managed and maintained $35,000. seller-financed RV Rental lots.   There are no structures to be beaten up, no bounced checks due to prepaid rental income, comfort of the blue sky (Resorts established many years), booming demand, booming recreational industries, incredible pain free returns, etc.      

I can also further blow away the competition with our 5 acre building lots.   You simply resell your lots also with seller financing for double what you pay each month (with or without our help).   Sound difficult?   Well, if our small family business in 42 years can develop and sell over $40+ million worth, mostly seller-financed, I think it's safe to say it's very possible for you to create some unbeatable cash-flow.   Not to mention the $20+ million we've helped others develop and sell, IE Ken Garff (Garff Ranches).

Tell me if any investment you have ever done or heard about doubled in 1 year or produced double the cash-flow and didn't require any maintenance or fixing up etc.   The relationships are long term when you sell, you don't have to replace renters etc and if you have to "repo" the lot you are thrilled because it grew so much each year.   I simply have never been able to think of 1 bad thing to say about our investment strategy.
